Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders that originate in the United States are processed upon receipt shipping to the continential United States only. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Sales tax applied to some items for Florida orders.

Shipping rates:

Allied Healthcare ships via Federal Express and USPS. Shipments made through Federal Express are guaranteed to arrive by the posted scheduled delivery times of Fed Ex, from the time your package leaves our warehouse (depending on item availability). We're sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes via Fed Ex. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day, USPS Priority service only. Free freight shipments are made to the contiguious U.S. only. All orders shipped are sent fully insured. All claims for damaged or missing merchandise must be made prior to the 2nd business day following the delivery. After this time, Allied Healthcare has no liability for products damaged or not received.

 Return & Exchange Policy:

 Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

 Here's how to return something ...

 Step 1:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Step 2:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Step 3:

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Step 4:

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Allied Healthcare, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product  back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

Terms & Policies:


For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Allied Healthcare is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. All defective products will be accepted by Allied Healthcare for credit, exchange or repair, at Allied Healthcare’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. All defective wheelchairs, will be accepted by Allied Healthcare for repair or replacement only, at Allied Healthcare’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Allied Healthcare reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to Allied Healthcare.

Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues.
